BARTON & GUESTIER PRESENTS TOURMALINE, THE FRENCH WINE HOUSE’S NEWEST VINTAGE OF CÔTES DE PROVENCE ROSÉ WINE.

Proudly labeled as the oldest wine house in Bordeaux and the first wine brand imported into the U.S., Barton & Guestier’s (@bartonguestier_france) wine meets a standard of excellence with a delicate balance of tradition and modern-day commitment to sustainable practices. With the debut of its newest vintage in the Côtes de Provence rosé lineup, Tourmaline is a true gem with flavors reminiscent of summer in the Mediterranean.

Staying true to quality in its craft, the impressive nature of the wine is first experienced through the fine aromas of apricots, small red fruits and berries, leading to a sequence of scents defined by floral notes of lily and citrus.

Conquering the art of creating a dry and balanced wine, each sip is smooth and appealing with a quintessential Provencal essence. Conceived by Barton & Guestier’s head of winemaking for Provencal wines, Véronique Florentin, the 2020 Tourmaline is the countryside native of a valley located in Southeast France. “After a beautiful flowering, the grapes evolved to reach a maturity, which was evidence of a very satisfactory balance between all elements,” says Florentin.

The elegant rosé bottle, specially designed to resemble the precious pink gemstone from which it draws its name, features Barton & Guestier’s iconic red signature alongside the motto “Love Letters from France.” From its tasteful design to a palate-bursting combination of flavors, Tourmaline offers a delightful Provencal escape with every sip.
