With a mission to restore and nourish communities through both food and culture, Grassfed Culture Hospitality has graced the city of Miami with some of the most charming restaurant concepts. Almost a year after the opening of Krüs Kitchen, the hospitality group embarks on a new journey with its second, deliciously cultivated restaurant concept focused on the art of Mexican cuisine.

Rooted in a commitment to warm hospitality yet cemented by a passion for gastronomy, Los Felix (@losfelixmiami) is prepared to put a modern-day twist on traditional Mexican bites. With dishes curated by Chef Sebastián Vargas and drinks carefully selected and crafted by wine expert Josh Hackler and team, the culmination of culinary genius is just as powerful as the food itself. From homemade tacos and quesadillas to tamales and aguas frescas, the quaint hub for all things delicious prides itself on using the finest heirloom corn while honoring the ancestral tradition of Milpa farming.

“Our mission is to craft authentic Mexican dishes, bursting with flavor, that honor the sacred connection between man and corn using only the ingredients we would feed to our families; seasonal, locally sourced and pastured food,” says chef Sebastián Vargas.

More than just an eatery, Los Felix immerses guests in a unique culinary journey through utilizing its natural wine bar to house an extensive "by the glass and bottle program." Led by wine expert and CEO of Grassfed Culture Josh Hackler, the restaurant plans to host multiple programming sessions each week. To continue its celebration of vibrancy within the Mexican culture, the restaurant entertains guests with a Vinyl DJ paired with a late-night menu each Friday and Saturday.

As Miami locals stay on the lookout for new community staples, Los Felix introduces the city to its vibrant new eatery, where modern-day cuisine meets both culture and tradition.
